The story of an immigrant quartet is a “string quartet tale” that celebrates Canada as a mosaic of different cultures, built on integration and mutual respect.
The show - concert/play - is conceived as a story narrated* about newcomers immigrating to Canada; the spoken words are intercalated by the performance of repertoire music and new pieces composed for our group. In its whole, the performance recalls the origin of the quartet members and celebrates the place that has welcomed them.
